Alexandre Zinoview quickly understood that the music hall had to renew its revues two or three times a year. In the 1920s he worked for the Bataclan, the Folies Bergère, the Cigale and the Palace. After the 1930s, he returned to painting rich in symbolism and Prussian blue, influenced by his friends Picasso and Diego Rivera. In the 1950s he settled in the south of France and devoted himself to painting Alpine landscapes.
